Patras - meeting under ENESCOM project

On 14-15 July our representatives took part in meeting under ENESCOM - Energy Sustainability Project. The meeting was held in Patras – Greece.
It was an excellent opportunity to exchange information and lead discussion on further tasks and goals defined in project.

Subjects discussed:

• Periodic check of local and regional authorities interested in fighting against climate change - both those that intend to reduce CO₂ emissions and those that are already working on smart energy use (initiative of the Covenant of Mayors - in short “CoM”),

• Education and training of specific groups by creation and running of local points of information and advisory offices,

• Discussion on the planned project implementation schedule - Action Plan for Intelligent Energy,

• Importance of communication and actions results dissemination – emphasis on attendance and participation in meetings.
  

The next meeting will be hold on Malta - the date will be determined by the project partners.
